For the most part this isn't a bad emote. You've implemented many of the basic principles (shading, size etc) well and the animation is fluent. The expression is fun and cute and brings the emote to life. However, i kind of feel the wave needs to curve rather than moving straight up and down. If you wave as a person and up-down motion doesn't really make sense, and same in the emote world.
